This is how it works. First you must use a telephone land line (e.g. BT
line, Cable line). Dial the special number. You will be charged for calls at
the stated rate. These will appear in your regular phone bill. Even though the
firms state ' no connection - no charges', you may still be charged, in
practice, for unsuccessful calls with some firms.Despite this, I still find it
useful as you can make short calls without having to use up all calling minutes
when you use the phone cards.
